I wanted to write a letter to tell the owners of Test Smartly about the exceptional service we have received at the Independence location off Noland Rd.
The reason we came to Test Smartly was because we had to prove that the drug patch my boyfriend was wearing was absolutely wrong. At Test Smartly, he took body hair, head hair and UA tests. He has taken almost 10 or more tests there. We needed the actual levels of the test and I was lucky to talk to Michelle May on numerous phone calls. She was so helpful, friendly and always took the time to explain things. She made sure that we got all the paperwork we needed for the tests. We also had contact with employees, Andres, Bri, Shannen, and Ja'von along with talk to Matt on the phone. All of these employees were so nice and friendly. Customer service is not lost at Test Smartly. I would give these employees 10 out of 10. Most people complain about service but I felt the need to write this letter to let someone know about your amazing employees at Test Smartly. You are very lucky to have them and please pass on our thanks of wonderful customer service!
