Food sensitivities may not be life-threatening, but they can be life-altering. If you often feel unwell, fatigued, or uncomfortable after eating certain foods, you’re not alone—and you may have a food sensitivity or intolerance. At Test Smartly Labs, we offer fast, accurate testing to help you pinpoint the specific foods, ingredients, or additives that are causing your symptoms.
Whether you’re seeking answers for chronic digestive issues, fatigue, headaches, or skin flare-ups, our testing services can help you gain clarity and take back control of your health.
Why Food Sensitivity Testing Matters
While food allergies can be dangerous and cause immediate immune responses, food sensitivities and intolerances are typically delayed and digestive in nature. These reactions may not always be obvious, but they can disrupt daily life and trigger symptoms across multiple bodily systems—including the GI tract, immune system, and nervous system.
Common symptoms of food sensitivities include:
-
Bloating and gas
-
Brain fog or fatigue
-
Headaches or migraines
-
Nausea or cramps
-
Skin rashes or itchiness
-
Sinus congestion
-
IBS flare-ups
If left unidentified, these reactions can contribute to chronic inflammation and stress.

If you’re tired of playing the guessing game with your health, it’s time to take the first step. At Test Smartly Labs, we offer blood-based testing for hundreds of foods, ingredients, and additives known to cause sensitivities and intolerances.

ALCAT Tests For:
-
Foods (209+ items)
-
Food additives and preservatives
-
Molds and environmental triggers
-
Household chemicals

Fighting Back Against Food Sensitivities
Here’s how to take charge of your food-related health issues:
1. Explore
Start by observing your body’s response after eating. Keeping a food journal helps identify potential patterns. Log every meal and symptom to detect common triggers.
2. Identify
Once you’ve noticed trends, testing can confirm suspicions. Our ALCAT and Zoomer panels are personalized based on your food journal findings and medical history. These blood tests are fast, accurate, and cost-effective.
3. Address
With results in hand, start eliminating identified triggers from your diet. Work with your healthcare provider to create a nutrition plan that reduces symptoms and promotes healing.
